SHIPPING POLICY
All candles are made to order to ensure supply levels are kept at a sustainable level for production of orders in a timely manner. All orders are processed and dispatched in 7-10 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be issued with a tracking number.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY
Cancellation of orders can only be accepted if your order has not already been dispatched.
We do make every effort to package your order securely to avoid any breakages during transit.
If you receive a damaged order, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order for rectification.
Refunds will not be given for incorrect choice of candle (this includes jar type and fragrance).
A refund or replacement item will be given for orders that are damaged on arrival, with proof of damage before use of the product. We do not recommend the use of any product that is damaged.
PRODUCTS OVERVIEW
Our products are made with 100% pure soy wax. Unlike other waxes, soy wax is also vegan friendly so is cruelty free.
Our candles are made with textile-grade cotton wicks specifically designed for natural waxes such as soy wax.
The fragrance oils used in our products are vegan friendly and cruelty free, paraben free and phthalate free.
In keeping with our desire to source friendly ingredients for our products, our labels are no different. They are made using appropriate adhesives & materials and eco-friendly inks.
And lastly our packaging – our packaging is eco-friendly and 100% recyclable.
